  Bad experience with ol al rasheed hotel. AC not proper working, dirty wash rooms water sewerage problem unprofessional staff.

  It's not 3 Star hotel very old bedsheets and pillows, furniture as well.

  Great place to perform umrah. The bathrooms are however not that good. Air conditioners are noisy. The stoves are electric and you may want to be careful of getting electrocuted. I enjoyed the Wi-Fi network in the lobby Get your basic Arabic language on as the Arabs pay no heed to any other language. All the best

  Worst experience. Washroom leakage. Staff very rude. Very bad hotel to stay.

  Worst experience! Leaking bathrooms, so much that the dirty water leaked out and even the carpet got wet, nobody on the counter to entertain you, careless behaviour of the staff, extremely small rooms that no space to even lay down a prayer mat. The staff was pathetic. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. NEVER!!!
