  I had the opportunity to be in two different rooms in that hotel. The basic room the hairdryer didn't work the toilet flash didn't work. the room temperature didn't work as well as it could. The second room had the best view of the Haram but the cold water tap didn't even let any cold water out on the sink. The temperature control did work as well as it could have. Customer service was very good. Breakfast and Dinner was nice and well organised. I wouldn't give 5*. Should have been 4*. For the most expensive building in the world (15bn) i was expecting more.

  Pullman Zamzam is providing outstanding service in booking online, on phone, reservation staff at the best, the restaurants, lavish breakfast and allows late check outs. 😊 Pullman is doing wonderful job!!

  We stayed in the Quad Room with our old parents for 5 days and had really good experience. The rooms were well lit and clean. Only thing is that they need to add some Pakistani dishes in the morning buffet. We also had asked for the microwave Owen but they did not provide that facility to heat up the food which we kept in the fridge. They also need to train the staff according to the 5 star customer service. Overall we were very happy and will recommend others to stay here because it’s very close to Haram 🕋😍

  Stayed here during a very special journey. Absolutely loved this place. We had a total of 6 rooms and I couldn't fault any one of them. Room service were prompt. The breakfast was amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful.

  Nice location being in the zamzam tower and great decor. Breakfast decent but rammed always. Phone service takes ages to get through to. In the end I ended up just going downstairs to get my luggage when it was supposed to be brought up to my room. Seemingly pointless exercise. Staff kind enough for Saudi standards.
