  There are 2 SwissOtel hotels in this complex. This one is the new one. It is 11 months old. So don't get confused between them, the way to happened to me. The hotel is more likely 4 stars not 5. This is the way I feel it. Ok now let's list the positive things about it: + Direct access to the Haram, you don't need to walk though the mall. + Direct side view of Haram + It is new so it is very clean + Good rooms size + Amazing breakfast + Very comfortable beds + The crew staff are nice humble and helpful Now the negative - It doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel. - Bathroom is too small and not at all the mark of 2 stars hotel. - No hot water in the shower - You can hear the conversation of your neighbors. The wall partition aren't good.

  Good location and accees to Haram through the Ajyad road and through the clock tower main entrance.
