  The hotel is great and the restaurant is very special and the sessions next to the swimming pool are the nicest and the hotel staff are helpful and the prices are very good

  Well, your staff all around tge areas working with much concerns and caring. The hospitality while serving food are making us feel like more than a home. NO WORDS TO COMPENSATE FOR YOUR SERVICES.

  Very good rooms and excellent staff.. and close to Mecca plus local markets. I highly recommend .

  They ruined my wedding because their sound system was not working and they didn't even try to fix it. We had to use our own personal phones connected to speakers for the music. The banquet manager was no where to be found and when I called him and complained he said there is no solution so what do you want me to do. Worst hotel in Jeddah. We were so embarrassed that the bride started to cry. The manager later apologized but only after I started asking for my money back. After all guests left only then did they fix it and wanted a pat on back for it. Thank you Trident for the worst memories ever.

  Not very far from downtown Jeddah. Its a famous hotel preferred by business visitors, specially those visiting nearby Balad commercial area or the Industrial area that is just a few minutes drive and easily accessible from this location. The restaurant serves Indian/Arabic food in an open buffet. The restaurant and the lobby are spacious. This is a star hotel so services are good.
