  First things first - The Minus Points Hyper Panda Sari if you're going here for the first time you'll probably cross it without even noticing and that is if you're coming from any direction. Now you've reached and could very easily get lost in their parking arrangement - hold on I'll explain myself. Behind the north parking you'll see cars parked at the entrance of the loading area - No signage. If you're entering from the east your first impression will be is that hyper panda - even Panda has better lighting outside. Again signage to facilitate easy access to the exits not adequate. What needs to be done about it? You're asking me ok let me tell you that's a good question and I have the answer to it - Provide signage & improve lighting no complications whatsoever. Cash Counters and Prayer timing arrangement - First of all I would like to welcome the operation manager to come out of his office and see how many counters are really operating. If you can't do that just go back to your CCTV footage and you'll see what I mean. Staying on the point look what the cashiers do once they hear the announcement. This branch seems like an exception to all Hyper Panda Policies. Have you ever seen a Hyper Market that announces that we are now closed for prayer (without any pre announcement) - it's normal or I'm a bit too exaggerated. I don't want to get too deep into the scenario but I hope I delivered my point. Maybe it was a coincidence because when we have cashiers that don't care at all about loyalty customers we categorize it as "coincidence". Don't worry I'm not shopping in any Pandati, Panda or Hyper Panda outlet any more but I'm open for discussion. To complain is a waste of time because they do nothing to improve their services. You are asking me again what's the right solution - #1 and very important commitment from branch management. We say customer is always right but the managers here think that customers are wrong and that they have the upper hand in all matters. #2 Train your Managers and employee. Do refresher courses, organise workshop meetings, experience sharing events, appreciation program - best employee of the month and let your customers see that you care for both the employee and the customer. I have lots to say in depreciation and I've had enough of that nonsense. There's really no point discussing it any more. But I would like all customers to come up with their sincere rating - do not hesitate to share your views with others. Many would disagree but thousands will have similar views and experiences.
