::A perfect definition for Value-for-money! Smile from check-in to check-out, we’ll decorated room, good luscious breakfast and free shuttle bus to Haram. Could do better on parking space for cars, but can’t complain much; a big smile for the stay !

::Excellent hotel. Good variety of food. Cleanliness was completely perfect. Good value of money. Worth for coming next time. Location is at good place and WiFi works good and shutter for haram is available I would love to visit it next time

::We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in March 2018. Positives: Respectful reception staff. Rooms were fine. Breakfast good. Location is good. Shuttle to haram available. Good value for money. Areas for improvement: Maintenance and Housekeeping need substantial improvement. Safe box in room was not functional. The Electric kettle was not working. Despite repeated requests, Do Not Disturb tag was not provided so we could hang on the door. House keeping very slow to respond. Room was not cleaned during our stay. With some focus on the areas for improvement, this is a good facility.

::One of the BEST hotel to stay in Makkah. Staff is very polite, professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of varieties. One of the staff member noticed that I have cough and he asked the chef to prepare a special soup for me. It was complimentary.
