  Called the Head office near Burj Rafal/King Fahad rd/AL Sahafa District about our new Ariston dishwasher having a light that said; "door not closed"...made an appt & they came to check to see what the issue was...they had to replace the plastic door lock....so they ordered the part....& installed it on another appt date 1 week later...

  Worst service center in the world.. I'm surprised that company like SHAKER are still in the market.. I'm struggling for more than 4 months to fix my dishwasher with no results.. they sent me a team tried to fix electric cables with clear plastic that should be used only with papers!

  حضرت إلى المعرض ودوام الفترة الثانية حتى ١٢:٣٠ ليلاً فوجدته مغلق ١٢:٠٥ .. ضربنا مشوار على أساس أن للشركة مصداقية بمواعيد العمل .. لكن للأسف ، وسبب حضوري لتبديل منتج تلف بعد اسبوع من شرائه ومماطلة لأكثر من شهر حتى الآن لم تحل المشكلة ، يرجى توخي الحذر عند شراء منتجات شاكر
