  Best pancake place in riyadh. They give you a good amount of food but its a bit expensive

  الخدمة سريعة لدرجة استغربنا .. وبالأخير جابوا الوجبات بارده واضح انها مطبوخة قبل بوقت ، كريب الخضار كله زيت والفرنش توست غريب وبدون طعم .. مستحيل ادخله مره ثانيه

  Worst food experience ever, not sure is that because they have just opened?. Quality of the food was absolutely not IHOP quality. Some of or orders we could not not even eat.

  Worst breakfast experience ever and their costumer service just made it even worse!

  This a branch is very bad in world 🌎. Usually I ate every weekend when I was Federal Way WA USA at Ihop but here it's trouble. the problem is worker but manager is very good and polite. thanks 🙏🏻
