::Food Quality is ok. Saturday and Friday mornings are bit crowded and this can effect delay for service. In general it's pricey and expensive.

::The issue with IHOP is a bit weird... since I believe that it's overpriced for a breakfast focused chain. But the food quality is always up to the expectations. As for this branch I favor it way more than the other one in khobar due to parking availability. Always welcoming attitude and keep on the good work
