  The service is too ridiculously slow, the employees are clueless and generally non-caring towards the customers, it takes 30 minutes to prepare drinks, and 50+ to prepare the food, whilst the tables are not set up correctly with missing syrup canisters. This branch of iHop is a big fat mistake, it’s a terrible mess. DO NOT COME HERE. The manager sits there doing nothing while his employees sit and chat all day with no care or regard as to what customers need/require. What a terrible branch, I genuinely hope it shuts down one day because that’d put this wreckage of a place out of its misery. They need to actually fix up themselves because this is the biggest embarrassment to iHop in the Middle East. Again, do NOT come here. The Tahlia Branch is WAY WAY WAY better and quicker!
