  Made an agreement as I signed up that I could pause my membership as needed since my work takes me out of the city from time to time. A month into my membership they refused to do it and their manager who returned my call said it's my problem. Don't go here, especially if you're an Expat!

  Looking for intensity, durability and the right coaches to move you out from your comfort zone? This IS the place to be it is literally for everyone, no need to be advanced at all. All coaches are great but I recommend Corvo and Roberts as a start :)

  I have been doing sport for long time, and I haven't done a more intense workout like crossfit. The place is very organized and the equipment is top notch. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but the best part of the gym are the couches. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Love this place. Highly recommended.
