  I called to the store for asking availability of iPad pro he said not available bit only online I just asked him can I collect myself from the store instead of sending it to my home? He said something bad and hung up the phone. Very bad and rude behavior You should hire professional guys and customer oriented instead of tired workers

  I went to purchase the latest I-phone7, and was really disappointed with their service this is not acceptable from a place where they sell premium products, when I inquired the features of the phone the sales person was so reluctant and was only answering in Arabic knowing that I have little knowledge in Arabic, I was surprised that there was another sales person who spoke English but did not bother to assist as he was too busy with his mobile and work when I was the only customer in the store, I purchased the product just because I wanted to buy it, i-zone should concentrate more on the service as there are many alternative places offering the same product even for much competitive rates but we chose this place due to the reputation and guarantee.
