  Last year I booked two rooms for some of my guests from Pakistan upon their request. Once they reached Makkah they found some more reasonable accommodation of their choice. To cancel the booking and processing the refund was a mission and project for me. It took almost 3 hours in their lobby to wait for getting refund.

  Alhamdulillah had a good stay. Close to Haram, clean and good breakfast. Friendly staff and very helpful. Unfortunately, given twin bedroom although we booked double/king bedroom. Stayed for 6 nights and will recommend to colleagues and friends. Joe Martin

  It Meets the Demand . Direct contact with Al Haram border. No waste of time for traffic allows you to Focus on worship. Beautiful entrance and lobby Kind welcoming reception and staff. Comfortable beds.well furnished room . Cozy bathroom . Clean . Quiet. Air conditioning is very smooth & healthy. With Touch board. Lighting system is nice & modern . Thanks for the Management .

  Great experience. Stayed there for 3 nights. Spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff. And very near to Haram just at a walking distance of 2, 3 minutes. Highly recommended 👍

  Great location/rooms with great service. The Haram is conveniently accessible. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast buffet was a delight. Only minor issue was that room service asked me to pay cash instead of charging to my room, which seemed very irregular for a high end hotel.
