  Hotel level has declined in comparison to last year in every aspect. House keeping are not provisitional and always delayed. Room lacks many things like hair dryer,iron,cups,slippers....etc. You have to call and request them and you need to call few times to get it done. Toilet needs renovation. Iftar and Suhur with limited options but pricy. You will notice that guests are not satisfied and their number is decreasing. Hotel speakers are not functioning well making alot of confusion during Azan and prayer times. I don't recommend this hotel any more.

  Good and clean hotel. Service is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is slightly far away from Alharam. They have a shattle that takes you to from up the hill to down on street but still long distance and you might take 20 minutes to reach the door of Haram. Room require more accessories to be perfect. There is no mirror in the bedroom, telephone is far away from the bed so every time you need to go to the desk to answer the calls and sometimes it might be wrong number 🙈.

  Two stars hotel. Ugly hotel.and dirty outdated. Iftar food is shame and meat taste as looked weeks ago. Stay away. This is rated 5 stars but it gives services and standards of 2 stars hotelhotel

  Rooms and breakfast top notch. Shuttle comes every 1 minute. A great choice for Makkah. Very close to the Haram. Would stay there again for sure!

  Had a wonderful stay here.. walking distance from haram but still they provide 24 hours shuttle service.. spacious rooms.. friendly staff.. best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel.. would definitely stay here again inshAllah
