::One of largest bookstore in the area, not just a bookstore. They have computer and cell phone sections with great offers monthly. The have cameras and electronic needs and accessories. Video games and books. Arabic, English, and some foreign language books. They have toys, games, and books for kids. Also the biggest section is the school supply section. Kinda pricey but good quality. Wish the had chairs near the phone and camera section. I was holding my baby with a heavy bag while collecting info about a camera and a computer, I took a long time moving around but couldn’t find a place to take a break! Make sure to join the discount card, helps a bit.

::They have good variety. Service to expatriates could be better. Employees have often ignored, scowled or outright turned their faces away from me. If I was back in the States, I would have sued them. I despise racism in general but racism in a business place and with customers is unacceptable. To put things in perspective, I am a young college graduate earning a respectable income with a polite demeanor. I still go there because of their product variety. I guess I've had to swallow my pride.

::the service quality is being worse. The staff is unable to answer many questions, they don't know the location of the products, they don't seem to be interested in helping the customers, you take very long time on the counter even if you are the third in the line the product varieties is awesome. if you are patient enough and have time, this place will be nice to you

::There’s a limited amount of staff and products, you can go to dammam jarir bookstore it is so much better yet they are both the same shop!
