::I went to this school for 2 years only and i've already been through enough. (I was in the french section so i cant judge the english section although i was very familiar with the english section). I would never recommend this school to anyone, here is why: 1- The teachers dont always take their job too seriously. 2- The staff barely care about the students and does almost nothing to prevent bullying. 3- I doubt that the principal (for the girl's section) actually knows what she's doing 4- The OWNER of the school (Mr Tarek) is ignorant and i think he knows that himself. We've complained a lot to him and others complained about things as well, all he would do is say that he'd do his best to fix whatever the problem is and then nothing happens, he doesn't give any effort in trying to change what people are asking for. He probably forgets about or changes his mind the next day. 5- It was very hard to make friends. (Not that all the students were rude.) 6- The hygiene of the toilets... this happened many times, id go to a toilet and the toilet seat is broken. 7- The staff also have some kind of need to find anything to yell at you about and get you in trouble. Last year (2016-2017) was my last year in jis so, i dont know if they've TRIED to even improve/fix their problems but i stand with what i said. There are a lot more things, but i just mentioned the most important ones. When i say the staff or teachers, i don't mean all of them but most of them, there are a few teachers who are very attentive and care for their students and want to improve the school's conditions but have no ability to do so. And if you dont agree with me, then thats okay, its only my opinion and you can think differently.

::My family moved back to Jeddah this Sept after spending 8 years in Canada. It was really stressful for us to find the right school for my son who does only speak English and his Arabic skills are very poor. My son started grade 4 at JIS and he is very HAPPY and he is doing well at school. As a parent I'm really pleased with JIS so far. The teachers are great, they respond very quickly to my messages and are always willing to help.

::Been in so many countries and I found that the education system is not bad at all. Yes, some teachers don’t have the skills to teach the kids even if they are nice. As a parent, and my daughter is here, I can ask about her every week by call them and spend around 3 min. You need to teach your kids first before sending them to the school.

::This is for u Aviitar. The school is easy. But if u want to be a 8th grader u will have a teacher called Mr.Wayvin he teach English. He is the worst cuz he doesn't teach he only sit and use his phone till the end of the period.
