  Disgusted by the staff treatment in this branch. So unlike the usual experience we have with Joy Alukas. Was a loyal customer until now however now will prefer to buy from anywhere but this branch.. Really unprofessional

  Worst place to buy jewelry, just came back now completely disappointed with the unprofessional and ridiculous treatment of the newly appointed staff in this branch . The old staff back untill September were soo professional, would rather recommend to buy gols from joy Allukas Bahrain. The new staff in this branch has no regards for customer service. Out of 8-10 persons only one supervisor knows how to invoice that too took him one hour. Really really ridiculous. Shame on Joy Allukas for haviysuch staff , conveniently even the customer satisfaction survey screen was switched off
