  Worst customer service ever experienced. The employees there just pick up random items to ACT busy. Most untrained and unethical staff ever.

  Very bad hospitality nowadays. I am a regular customer recently visited here for purchase a necklace very bad experience with the Saudi sales man there, they're neither interested in sales nor working there so came back without purchase anything. I've noticed lot of customers disappointed and going back like me.

  Saturday eve...crazy rush...professional counter staff disappeared (a recent change, don't know why?)....highly disorganised....sound familiar?? I can accept lot if things but will never accept bad service, no customer attention and that too when am paying for stuff or services.....NEVER. people were piling up and there was no organization....and to top it queue system was terrible too....anyone can jump the queue. No respect or discipline. Their management ...sorry....there was no management to observe such disappointment and bad customer treatment given to people who were paying hefty amounts or exorbitant amount in fees or making charges. I see #Joyalukkas very disrespectful to their paying and regular customer base. Poor people didn't even realise what treatment they were getting because to them this was the Norm it seemed? Sorry..Time to change.
