  We were on a umrah package from India. So I don't know the level of service they were rendering to the guests. But I will never recommend anyone as I don't think they do cater for individuals. Definitely this property is not very far from MasjiduNabvi. This can be a reason for groups to prefer this place but for most attraction for the tour operators may be the cheap tariff.

  Went there during our umrah trip. Nice hotel. Well cleaned. Service is also good. Close to masjid al nawabi.

  Most of the Madina hotels are better than those in makkah, among the Madina hotels this stands average, staff was good and elevators were plenty, ive been to madina 4 times.

  Not good,, no facilities and small room too much bed ,, food , laundry not available,,

  I stayed there for 8 days, but unfortunately the staff was very non-cooperative and customers service was very poor. Staff at reception was very rude and does not know how to talk to customdrs. Cleaning service is also very poor. At the end it does not worth for money you pay, there are many other options which can provide you better facilities n environment at this price. I will not like to go back there again.
