  too much waiting time and staff is very slow in taking orders and then delivering.

  Speakers not working for drive-thru, employee doesn't understand my orders fast in English nor in Arabic and is not very clear, when I wanted to modify my order he reacted in an unprofessional way and sighed. If the food wasn't prepared fast enough I would have rated it a 1 star. Please fire some of the employees, even a super cheap local restaurant has a better service
