  Visited Civil affairs today. For new born bay(expatriates) -Bring original passport and iqama with Hospital birth certificates, keep on set photocopy . -Enter from main gate , right side show online appointment paper & collect your token for counter 10. -Submit all documents and collect birth certificate after 2 days . New form is attached in English

  I went to this ministry office to get the birth certificate of my baby born in KSA. Procedure to get the birth certificate of baby born in KSA: 1. Applicant should book an appointment through MOI website and fill a form # 87. The form will be given at the office and has to be filled only in Arabic. 2. The token and form can be collected from a room which is immediately on the right side of the main entrance to the building. 3. The applicant should also carry the original and xerox copies of passports and residence permit of both husband and wife. 4. A notification letter from the hospital confirming the birth of the baby will have to be presented in the original format. 5. For expatriates, all these documents should be submitted in counter # 10. 6. The office will ask the applicant to collect the original copy of birth certificate after 2 days from the submission date.

  Nothing traumatizing happened to me in this place. I went early, got in and out quickly. Wish it wasn't so far away, but if they moved it next door to me then it's former neighbors would have the same problem.

  Go with proper documents , it takes only 10 minutes for birth certificate issuance.
