  Really crowded place, no one to provide information and no one speaks english. Better go to the Dohan station

  1. I visited the place in years 2012, 2015 and 2018 for receiving new printed Istemara card (Vehicle Registration Card) after requesting the same on Absher. 2. After entering the main gate, on right there is a glass entrance. The officers come at 08 A.M. Give old Istemara and the new one is printed within 5 minutes. Officer was kind to speak some English (sit down, renewal, online). 3. The new istemara cards issued in April 2018 had no Expiry Date (it seems the expiry can be checked always on Absher). However, do not know how the traffic police will check the expiry at check points. 4. If you have to discuss something, but, cannot speak Arabic, there is very little guidance you may get
