::It is the worst car service no standards at all, is really a nightmare to make service at this KIA car center, you will loose a lot of time waiting while service the car, they don’t even work until 5 pm as they posted, all need to be done before 3 pm, they will tell you don’t have the spare part and need to wait weeks until is available, this service branch is managed by bunch of people doesn’t care and not having service culture and lazy, one of worst is the cashier, including service representatives and managment

::Take a lot of time..and the service standards is bad. also the fees are very high for the jobs and the spare parts.

::They really need to follow KIA international servicing standards. The style of service here is to neglect customer awareness about his car. The service advisors here don't know a thing about car service. They don't provide you with a post-service report. The spare parts shop here have the worst people working over there; highly non-informative about the parts. All in all, serious restructuring is needed to improve the quality of service.
