::Very nice hotel from outside but room was very small with a small window on the side. Cleaning was a serious concern. Big stains on carpet. Restaurant service was extremely bad. Even the basic items were not available for the room service. Helpful staff but a lot of improvements are required!

::It is a new and reasonably small building, wifi is not working In the rooms but connection is possible only by the reception and restaurant. Food is really good. Rooms and shower are really clean, other services are ok,Shuttle bus to the Haram is every 30 mins and takes only 4mins to arrive.overall very good stay.
