  Overall services are value for money. But their reception office and booking office are different for which have to go 11th floor and again come down ground floor for key activation. Lifts are always busy

  Good value for money hotel. Hotels architecture is great, decent rooms with good free Internet. A bit far from Haram but they provide 24hrs free bus service to Haram. Overall experience was good.

  It’s a big hotel and has a mall in it, which I think made it less secure!! Booking office is very far from the reception in a different floor as well, which is strange! Hotel is clean rooms are clean and a good price for people who are looking for a comfortable but not fancy place. (Point to note: even though it shows in google maps that it’s near to al haram and it looks near from the hotel windows but the roads are much more complicated than that) !!!!!
