  V clean. Good hotel with free parking. Its shuttle drops u almost 800 m away from bab e Fahad

  Waste of money, booked family room was small and fridge not switched on. Bathroom just ok. No one came to cleen room. Do not recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Makkah for some time. There are 2 land Premium hotels so make sure if staying in this hotel say to taxi driver Land Premium Hotel 1

  Exceptional good hotel 4 star with lower rate. 2 bed room family suits costs me only 220 SR per night during March 2018. Far from Haram but 24h transport service to and from haram. Worthy 10 nights staying. Supporting rohinga staff at the lobby and for room cleaning. Guests mostly from Turkey and Nigeria. Bangladeshi fresh corner available just in front of hotel.

  Hotel is superb. They allowed me to check in before 9 am on Friday.. Very good response. I feell this is the best hotel in my many visits

  Hotel itself is good. But have very very very poor customer service. No person to pull wheel chair for you. Only two poters for your luggage. No room cleaning after you checked in. No commentary tea provided. No prayer mat or Quran in room as compare to other hotels. In reception the Saudi smoking and don't speak English. Good building but poor customer service. I will not come again even if it's free.
