  long waiting time despite an appointment. delays in doing the work. unavailable spare parts. they even called me and told me the car is ready, I came i waited for an hour then they said no it's not we are sorry! i had a better experience at Toyota.

  خدمة صيانة لا تليق أبداً بسيارات الجاكوار ورانج روفر الإستقبال سيء تطنيش وتأخير تشعر أنك غير مرحب بك.. التكييف سيء والجو حر قاتل في الصيف أسعار الصيانة فلكية..

  I have a 2009 Land Rover LR3 and most of the practical accessories are not available, the service department is not very well informed about the car itself and its' accessories and the system itself doesn't have all the info. The staff though are trying their best and are friendly. I wish to see people more enthusiastic about customers' needs. Best wishes.
