  Good healthy options. Breakfast items are good except for the omelette. The lunch combination was a bit dry but tastes good

  Perfect diet/gym/healthy food joint. Excellent value for money. Only issue is the grilled chicken is often cold.

  Lean meals has a nice selection of pre package no fat meals, they average 20SAR each. It has cut down my intake and food bill. Chicken , beef, dish, rice, steamed vegetables make up the meals. I use them for my lunch at work.

  It’s O.K. Not bad. But not good either. Would I repeat the experience again? Maybe. I believe healthy food should taste good, especially if you’re buying it. It has no flavor. Plus, it’s expensive.

  Great place for healthy food with many options Steak , salmon , fish fillet and a lot of different types of chicken " masala , fajitas..etc They usually charge 20 riyal per meal for the chicken (180 grams of chicken and 200 grams of rice) You could ask for extra protein option and get extra 70 grams so the total will be 250 grams Great service , great staff , great food Well done really
