::Very friendly staff. Good system: They update you through text what's happening with your damage gadget and what will they do to fix it. They have a website too for you to check updates of your service. I had my laptop fixed after a loop problem. They also offer service not only fro Lenovo but others as well such as Toshiba. Though they don't open during weekends (Friday and Sat), they open daily from morning 'til 6:30 p.m.
