  Absolutely pathetic. Worst pet shop I’ve been to. The employees dont care about the customers especially the cashier who doesn’t even look up from his phone and cries constantly about how animals make sounds that disturb him. Screw him and the person who hired him to run a pet shop. Really feel sorry for the pets there as they are treated horribly by the staff. Hope the place shuts down soon.

  The vet there is extremely arrogant and he actually had the audacity to tell me that my cats meow to much.... i mean he is working in a pet shop isn't he? No wonder this business is suffering i have been a loyal customer to their branch in Riyadh which is extremely good. This guy here wasnt even responsive. Just sitting on his phone at the cashiers place.

  I Visited this pet store on several occasions due to its strategic location. However I was disappointed countless times due to the lack of customer service and basic knowledge of items around the store, this includes prices and function of products. Also the stores cleanliness was not welcoming.

  Very bad service. I bought a cat and discovered it had insects in the ear. I went back to them I got the worst service. They did not help and I had to take it to clinic to treat the cat. Employees are unprofessional and rude. They treat animals really badly and cause them a lot of pain. I regret I bought from this place.
