  I don’t know how to sum this up as possible. [[.if u r a girl used to Khobar professional salons, u will not like anything offered in Jubail salons]] it’s sad how the level of quality never rises. I guess it’s because the ppl here don’t care. This salon specifically: the Indian girl did my hair mask, it’s oil something, it’s ok but the indian lady seriously hurt my hair while applying and pulled it so hard i got a headache and some of hair got plugged. & I’ve asked for hair-ends cut and she said she will do it because the receptionist didn’t assign someone in the first place, i said ok. SHE DOESN’T KNOW A THING ABOUT CUTTING. she ruined my hair, she doesn’t even know hot to cut a straight line. I called for a filipino, she’s as clueless. Then i did a mani and the tools are old shockingly and they don’t cut well. The scrub is baaad and she didn’t even spend 5mins on it! The lotion smells awful i washed my hands twice. I haven’t tried a salon here in years due to these awful experiences every time, I thought this one might be different but i guess this city scale will never be decent. It gets worse. Trust me and do not go to anything related to women beauty & care either salons or clinics here in Jubail. My standards are high and i look for professionalism and full satisfaction and nothing in this city meets with that.
