::UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS SERVICE I had a nightmare of an experience on this service. We bought our tickets at 11 am and headed out with the promise of the availability of a bus every 30 minutes. We began our journey and ip to Uhud battlefield, the trip was perfect. We got off at one of the mall stops and were told that there is an official 3 and a half hour break for some time of fiesta! This is everyday! They turn off service for 3.5 hours from 1 pm to 4:30 pm! Although this was extremely strange we said OK and we thought we could get sone last mjnute shopping done and get our dinner. From around 4:30 pm till 6 pm me and my wife and 2 children waited outside in the above 100 degree scourching heat. Twice the bus would pass and would not let us in. Yhe second time he passed he actually stopped a few meters away from the stop so managed to stop him to ask what was going on!!!! He told me that the company rented a bus out to some rich individual and his family of 4 and we would just have to wait for another bus to eventually come and if i had a problem with this i could call customer service which i had already been doing and no one would answer. Around 6 pm a bus came and we entered the bus. When i told the driver what happened he totally brushed me off! I asked them what were they doing for 3.5 hour lunch break and he told me " you dont want us to pray?" At this point i was out of my mind and couldnt concentrate when i wwnt to pray my 2 rakkat at masjid Qubaa. At this point i was very sick and needed to go back to my hotel. When i saw the bus coming to the station for masjid Quba i requsted politely to wait for a minute as my family was coming. He yelled at me and said that he isnt going anywhere as its almost time for maghrib prayer! Since i was sick and the bathrooms there were not up to standard, we called a taxi. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! THE ONLY GOOD STOPS ARE MASJID QUBAA AND UHUD BOTH OF WHICH YOU CAN ACCESS VIA TAXI OR UBER FOR 20 RIYAL OR LESS. MANY OF THE 10 STOPS ARE JUST DIFFERENT STATIONS AROUND AL MASJID AL NABAWI. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

::It's a welcome addition to AlMadinah but a bit overpriced (80 SR) for what is included (2 of the stops are just shopping destinations). The audio guide is available in 8 languages (headphones included) but has some issues: 1) the audio didn't always correspond with the location of the bus 2) some of the commentary was more a promotion of the country rather than an explanation of the sites. Overall, though, it IS a convenient (if not cheap) way to visit the main historic/religious sites of the city.
