  On Saturday the 20th of may, I ordered using their app and paid through my visa. The money already was withdrawn from my account but there is no tracking order and there is no order history too. I was waiting for my order for an hour and a half; then, I called the customer service twice but no one answered. I dialed their number again and pressed 2 to track my order but also no one answered. I had to dial the same number and pressed 1 for orders. The lady answered to take the order I explained the issue to her but she transferred the call to the customer service but same issue. After 2 days, I had to call again but nothing new. I had then to press 1 and asked the lady to help me and let me talk to the manager but she didn't she transferred my call to the customer service and also same case no one answered. Congratulations, you guys win with the worst customer service award with the worst app too in Saudi Arabia!!!

  أفضل مطعم بيتزا موجود بالرياض بالنسبة لي. المطعم ممتاز من جميع النواحي. سعرة يعتبر مناسب جدا لجميع فآت المجتمع. يقدم جميع أنواع البيتزا الأيطالية وبعض البيتزات العربية أيضا. الخدمة المقدمة في المطعم ممتازة و سريعة نوعا ما. نضافة المطعم ملحوظة جدا. يوجد مكان للعزاب ولاكن لا يوجد مكان للعوائل. لديهم خدمة توصيل الطلبات للمنزل وسيزيد عليك رسوم التوصيل وهي 10 ريال. عروضة جميلة جدا.

  قائد حرب الأسعار، دائماً يقدم العروض وتعاون موظفي خدمة العملاء ممتاز. تطبيق المطعم على الجوال خورافي. طعم البيتزا دسم والجبن دائما زايد. أفضل العجينة الرقيقة
