  It is located at the ground floor of Hera Mall. Hera Mall is one of the famous mall at Hera street at the north of Madinah AL Munawwara road, Jeddah. It is a Super Market rather than a Hyper Market. But it is a big one. The entry & exit to the Super Market is through the Mall. However the rear entrance is directly open to the rear side of the mall. It has the facility for Wheel chaired visitors / buyers also. There is an ample amount of car park available for the shoppers. Rest rooms are available inside the Mall, not inside the Super Market. Shopping trollies are free and can be taken from the entrance of the Super Market. When we enter, if we go straight, we will go to the area, for which Manual Market is specialised. Yes, Manuel bakery. Varieties of breads (Khubs), Cakes, Biscuits, Rusks, Sweets, Cakes, Crackets, Cookies, etc are available. There are branded and also the famous Manual Bakery made ones. Almost all common vegetables & fruits including Brinjal, Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Potato, Cucumber, Chilli, Capsicum, Lemon, Khusa, Ladies finger (okra), etc are available. Fruits such as Green Apple, Red Apple, Orange, Banana, etc are available. Herbs such as coriander leaves, Palak, etc are available. Varieties of Flour, Lintel, Spices such as coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, dried nuts such as cashew, almond, etc, Edible oils such as Olive oil, sunflower oil, soft drinks, Milk, Laban, Yogurt, Juices, Salt, Sugar, Egg, Fresh Chicken, Mutton, Beef, Fish, Cheese, Soup, Noodles, Biscuits, Chocolates, Snacks such as chips, puffed rice, rice crackers, etc, Bread, packed croissant, etc Ice cream, Bottled drinking Water, Canned Tuna, Bottled Chick Peas, varieties of Rice, Bath Soap, Shampoo, Hair Conditioners, Washing soap, powder, etc are available. Many items are imported from all over the world including from the US, UK & Europe. The shelves, arrangements, layout are well though & lit. Prices are moderate & not very expensive. They accept cash as well as credit cards.

  Decent promotions, prices and varities. Although their employees can work on improving their customer service skills a bit. But overall its a decent place to do your shopping.

  The service is very poor the meat section is at a very amateur level you ask them for something in particular they give you something that is totally different from what you orderd 👎👎👎👎
