  I am a Massimo Dutti person but the Khobar branch is always struggling with item sizes and variety. Go to the Bahrain branch. The service standard and variety is a 100 times better. I asked them to alter the length and they made the biggest drama in world as how their Tailor is busy. I told them that I need my trouser altered and they have to find a way. It has been over a week and they haven't completed that. Massimo the brand is awesome but the people who are working in this branch are not responsive. Surely the owner of this branch is saving money by not having properly trained staff and keep a good inventory of clothes.
