  I went there during Hajj in August 2016, my daughter was very I'll on the very first day we arrived at Madinah al Munawwara. She was vomiting continuously even after drinking a small amount of water. We first took her to Bab e Jibril Emergency Medical Centre, she got a temporary relief for an hour but again started to faint, we then went to another Haji Hospital but they didn't treat and told us to go to the subjected hospital. We took a taxi and reached there. We had to wait a bit but the treatment was marvellous. My 1.5 year old daughter was fine within 2 hrs. Also, they didn't charge a penny due to Haji.

  At the beginning hospital staff was not able to advise us where to go (language barrier), but alhumdulillah after a bit we were able to see doctor and they took care of my child as you would expect from a European hospital. I have heard many people complaining about Saudi hospitals but my own experience was very smooth and comfortable alhumdulillah. Throughout our stay (6 days) the staff was very helpful. Top facilities and well looked after.

  I took my wife there...No one to serve! One of the girls in the reception said she was attending only "Saudis"! Be advised: bad services for foreigners!

  I recently had an early miscarriage, at 9 weeks the doctors staff was kind, caring & well trained in every way. Special thanks to Dr. Sameer blqasim i felt i was treated with kidness
