  Service is too slow. It takes for ever doing a normal maintenance to my Mazda. You have to make appointment through the web site and it does not allow you Saturday's and early. Only after 10:00. Then you lose a lot of time because it is not organized. Last time my service last three weeks and after one month I have to take it again because a got a warning light in the Contol panel screen. I feel regret on buying a Mazda. If you want to have good service buy Toyota or Nissan.

  Good showroom with good and friendly staff. Good customer service. However, the waiting period for the maintainance service is way too long. They only have one branch and it is too crowded.
