  Pros: good quality of service in terms of packing, organisation and cleanliness of the shop, and attitude of employees. If you're going in person, you could call ahead to make sure your clothe are done. Cons: regular dry cleaning takes two days instead of the usual one day service, and express service (at a premium) is a one day instead the usual 2 hours. And the prices are much higher than the small shops. They also provide a home pickup and delivery service (minimum 63 sar), but they're unreliable, they gave me an appointment and missed it 3 times, and the dry clean still took 2 days.
