  Amazing location near gate 6 . You only have to cross the yard around algammam mousque (a beatiful public square with alot of paigons). A room with Haram view is highly recommended

  Overall it was a very good experience with family. The hotel is near to gate 6 of Masjid e Nabvi. The house keeping service was very good especially the the gentleman from Pakistan (Arshad or Fahim) , sorry I forgot his name and Nazrul. These guys were amazing and hotel is lucky to have such people working for it. The only problem was the girls at reception, I was coming from Jeddah and our Taxi driver forgot the route to hotel. We called many times on hotel number but girl at reception never gave us proper location and it wasted our 2.50 hours in search in Madina.

  This is a classic case of milking a good location to the max. The hotel is outdated by around fifteen years. The carpets, walls, sofas, sink and bath tub have stains. The blankets are horrible and stink as if they've never been washed. Bidet leaks. Air conditioning is a chore.There's not much customer service as the staff is not appropriately trained managed or skilled. You can tell that this hotel was a decent hotel many years ago but it's a disgrace now because of the owner not willing to maintain and invest. However, there aren't many shops around this area. Most of the shops are on the other side.
