  Definitely a place to explore your hidden strengths! Encouraging atmosphere, great community vibes, and trainers that are truly invested in you. The gym and its equipment allow versatility in the workouts, and the trainers tailor workouts that push your limits. If you need a drink or a snack before or after, they offer healthy balanced options (The Healthy Eatery salads and home made protein bars (talk about some yummy-in-my-tummy time)).

  I've been to a few gyms, but the one thing I felt was missing from them was a personal touch. Milo's isn't just another Crossfit box. It's where I start my day and end my day. The vibe is about community and working towards being better. I can attest to that. In just a few weeks of joining, Milo's has helped me achieve things I never could including many PRs and my first ever Spartan Race. The folks over there also share many of my newly-concepts on fitness, health, and total human optimization. If you want this, come get it here!
