  I went there to update my prescription lenses and get a new frame. The process went fairly well until it was time to pick up my glasses. I tried them on and they were worse than the originals. Instead of fixing the problem, the sales reps tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the lenses, which I guess implies that I was somehow using my eyes incorrectly. Raising of voices ensued. They eventually backed off and sent the frame back for a new pair if lenses, which turned out okay I guess. But I'll will never be doing business with this entire chain ever again.
