  We used move one for a move from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. The packing from the Dubai end was very efficient and professional. However, the representatives on the Saudi side left a lot to be desired. The didn't have proper tools to reassemble furniture! Two of my dining chairs have a permanent dent on it. My dining table had a distinct wobble and my 3 year old son sat on the bed which hadn't been assembled properly caved! They were called back to remedy this. But, my main grievance with this company are all the hidden surcharges added before they will deliver your stuff. We were made aware that the quote we pay for can go up according to port fees etc, but this was made out to be a nominal amount in comparison to what we origunally paid. We ended up paying over 30% more than thw original amount! So beware! Factor this in with any quote they give you! I could have gone with Pickfords at that cost! Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired too!
