  The hotel is clean and nice, but services are for half star only. You might have to call several times to get your request done. Hotel location is perfect and near to the airport.

  Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room service is not something you will like and if u use some of the room amenities it’s like you have to beg them to replace them. I even made a call to them specifically asking for it. But was only given after the call not after that tho i stayed for 4 nights. It’s like you have to keep asking them day after day! The first day i was given few fruits on the table which was nice gesture but after that not replaced nor taken away! The decorations in the outside of the room is awesome but the room it self is neglected. The restaurant is super bad in a way i had a full meal plan, breakfast, lunch and dinner, but i only ate breakfast. The food variety is horrible.

  The stay was good with them, yes my stay was not long. But I strongly recomend it

  the food is great last Ramadan I had my breakfast there it was great organised and delicouis yet the brice was high above average .... the staff were polite seving with good manners thank you

  The lobby is spacious, however the decor is reminiscent of the 15th century French palaces with a lot of gold trim, it's almost nauseating. But this is not the worst part. Checking in took a long long time although it was a slow time of the day. The guys at the desk were very inefficient, almost lazy. They seemed uninterested and at least one looked like he had an attitude problem. I've been to many many hotels in many countries where the receptionists were busy with a lot of people yet never had this bad feeling like this check in. The room was nice, clean and well kept and stocked. This is the only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars. Would I stay with them again? No way.
