  I left my car there for maintenance. 5 hours later I get a parking ticket. The branch manager says it’s not his problem 😡. Why do I have to suffer for their incompetency.

  If you have an appointment you'll be waiting for long time, and there is no transparency during and after finishing the maintenance, no one will clarify to you what was done, and it is very crowded and no proper parking space is available. But the employees are very nice, plus there is a free coffee machine and free WIFI.

  Ford dealer in Saudi Arabia has plenty of branches spreaded all over the country. This branch is well known with accurate timing.

  Good service and all, but you need to take an appointment in order to be served on time, they take their time with the maintenance, If you are in a hurry check "Quick Lane" for oil change and such, they work with Ford, but they are less crowded.
