::They have updated their system the new system is that you will get you accident car there and you will wait for your turn mostly the place is crowded and expected time of wait is about an hour when your turn will came they will take your car registration card and the Najam paper then they will take multiple pictures of your car mostly you are not required to explain anything they will simply take the picture thats all. After they took pictures you can leave, within next 24 hours you will get a link on mobile phone through text message you need to print that paper and rush to the second insurance company to claim your money. This branch have a number of staff members but they are not properly supervised.
