::لذيذ جدا جربت المشويات وكباب بالكرز والمقبلات والشاورما كله لذيذ 👍🏾 حاليا مفتوح للأفراد فقط وبإمكان العوائل الجلوس في قسم الأفراد. خدمة العملاء سيئة وبطيئة جدا.

::أول تجربة لي في المطعم .. طلبت صحن مشويات مشكل سفري المكان نظيف ومرتب .. خدمة العملاء ما اقدر اعلق عليها بحكم ان طلبي كان بالتلفون ورحت اخذت الطلب وطلعت .. فما صار في احتكاك بشكل كافي عشان الواحد يحكم عليها الاكل .. بالنسبة لي المشويات كانت لذيذة بس في بعض الملاحظات عليها بخصوص الكمية .. يعني انا مأخذ صحن مشكل وسط (فيه ثمانية اصياخ) .. وبالنهاية لما فتحت الصحن ما لقيت فيه الا خبزة وحدة! ما ادري هل هو خطأ والعامل ما انتبه او ويش ويش بالضبط .. والسلطة ايضاً الي عادةً تكون في صحن المشويات .. كانت جداً قليلة والصحن كان فيه صيخين اوصال لحم .. كل صيخ يكون فيه اربع قطع .. ومن الاربع قطع وحدة منهم تكون شحمة (انا بالنسبة لي أحب هالشيء .. بس البعض ممكن ما يعجبه) بشكل عام المطعم اكله يبشر بخير .. وان شاء الله يتحسن أكثر

::First of all, the food is great. One of the best restaurants in the area, espically when you factor in the amazing design of the place and the visual representation of the staff. Sadly, it has one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. As I entered the staff directed me to sit on a table that has not been cleaned yet. I waited for about 5 minutes for the staff to clean the table and bring me the menu although the place was not busy and it was reasonably calm. I waited for a few more minutes as well for one of the staff members to come take my order, which seemed to take for ever considering how empty the staff was. At this point I was tempted to leave for this horrible service but I decided to see it through. When the staff brought my order to the table, it came with the worst attitude from the staff member as if he is throwing it at me, regardless I carried on. It is until That one of the staff as the cashier to constantly look at me as I eat, that I found my self extremely irritated, just the constant staring as I struggled to finish my meal peacefully. It's a shame to see such a good restaurant with great food to be ruined by this horrible customer service Needless to say this goes down as the worst experience I had ever had in a restaurant of this high standard and quality.

::The food is fantastic, but the customer service have ruined it. One of The worst customer service that I have ever seen in qatif. Really disappointing to see a restaurant with such high standards and design loses all of its pros for an awful customer service. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable and disturbed, from the way they treat you all the way up to their looks and attitude.
