  This is a large paid parking place near the Jeddah Balad/Downtown shopping area. It is connected to Balad with a pedestrian subway. There are two sections a shaded parking section and an open-air section. The cost of parking is 3 Saudi Riyals per hour in the unshaded section and 5 Saudi Riyals per hour for the shaded section. Its easily accessible for traffic coming from North or South of Jeddah. The corniche road also connects nearby. It is recommended to park here and walk down into the Balad area through the pedestrian subway instead of searching a parking lot in the narrow bylanes of Balad.

  Nothing good there only the place more than 20 years as it is.
