  This is a new clinic with brand new facilities, I was referred here by friends who had a good experience. I have used their ENT department service which is really good. Good waiting area with TVs. There is a coffee shop as well.

  Amazing experience. 1st time here and felt like I was a regular customer excellent service. Decent wait times. Beautiful clinic interior. Would recommend to anyone.

  I saw some non-professionalism in my clinic from staff and some doctors. Prices are higher than any hospitals arround the area.

  I visited the Bupa Claim office ,which is on the 6th floor accessible through back side entrance. The staff was very supportive to fill the form and submit relevant documents.

  Non knowledgable doctors with no experience. System always down Delay on appointments
