  We booked "Al Joury" rest house, it was veryyyy big and clean, but not for bathrooms, the toilets and sinks inside the bathrooms are old and not clean enough. The aqua slides were amusing for the children, the adults pool is indoor and very small, there are very big inside and outside seating areas.
