::This office receives 3rd party claims for the accidents. Make sure that you have the account card having your name and IBAN. Other option is to get a stamped paper from your bank (IBAN certificate). There are multiple counters which operate under a token system. You get the token after the initial checking of papers. There is 30 min break for Zuhr and Asr prayers.

::Firstly, call centre executive shall attend calls 24x7. In my case, I met with accident at 2am and I tried to call u guys but no one answered my calls till next day morning. Secondly, call centre employees must be trained like how to speak with customers politely. As they shall know that customers call the time when they met with an accident which means he is stressed at that moment. So, CCE shall have patience too... Please note above grievance on serious note. Above mentioned improvement can make your service excellent. Thanks.
